Already can't get enough of this... The more you watch it, of course, the more details you'll notice...
And have to say it again, the atmosphere, settings, production design, costumes, props and cinematography... Top-notch!
Casting... Spot-on!
The first trailer was storyline- and dialogue-focused, this one takes a different approach... (It's often done like that.) Both are just amazing in my
book!
I'm sure you've all noticed that they've worked on the transformation sequences... And as I've mentioned before, they are actually still
working on the visual effects at Rhythm & Hues Studios -- and will be doing so well into winter... So, what we are seeing in this second trailer
is a more advanced stage, but is still not the final product...
Here a comment from an insider I found in the AICN talkback:
Universal wanted a new trailer ASAP, those shots are not 100 percent finished.
on another note quint, i have seen a rough cut of the film and it is shaping up to be amazing
It's also visible that they've further refined the Wolfboy's look, who happens to be a mixture of actor Kiran Shah and CGI...
This second trailer is creating lots of buzz on the internet allover again! Feedback and reactions are again overwhelmingly positive... Even people who are
usually very opposed to remakes in general, state that they're sold on this one and want to give it a chance... I have no doubt, this is gonna be big!

Wow! Thank you, Ladies.
The distributor was decided in my country. But the release date isn't announced.
I hope that the film will release in the next summer at the latest.
I'm really looking forward to the film.
I saw this trailer on tv for the first time last night (Tues, 27th). It aired during Spike TV Scream Awards. It looked fabulous. It caught me a bit by
surprise, but given the nature of this award show, it was the perfect time to run it.
Alright, I wanted to do this in bulk, not just little updates. For the past 20 days, I've been communicating with one of the guys who saw The Wolfman
screening in Vegas, asking him questions about the film, and I got a few cool clarifications.
-Wolfboy (Gollum looking creature). It's spoilerish, so if you want to know, PM me.
-Art Maliks character Singh is Sir John's manservant and a good family friend to the Talbot's. However, he is not in the film for very long.
-Kinda spoilerific, but everyone with a brain knows what happens to Lawrence: "There is closure with the main character, but something happens to someone
else and you're left wondering what will happen."
-On Gwen Conliffe (Emily Blunt) : "Gwen's character was pretty useless in my opinion. I don't want to spoil anything, but I thought she would have
a way to stop everything but it just seemed like the movie forgot about her lol"
-Doubts anyone gets an Oscar nomination, however: "Well, it's difficult rating each actor individually because I'll always compare each actor to
their previous films. But they all do a great job. Benicio del Toro and Anthony Hopkins probably had the best performances in the film. When it came to Hugo
Weaving and Emily Blunt, I'm not quite sure who did better, but they both delivered."
-On the dialogue/plot: "The dialogue isn't bad at all -- there's nothing corny and there's no one-liners. The film takes itself seriously with
the atmosphere it creates. So I wouldn't worry about the dialogue, just the story and how it's presented." (The plot/story inconsistency will
hopefully be fixed when the film is 100% edited. What he saw was a rough cut, that doesn't flow well)
-Fan of the gypsy poem? (Even a man who is pure in heart...) We're in luck.: "The gypsy poem, from what I remember, was in the film. And the dialogue
between Larry and Sir John was always great." (I asked about some of the interactions between Father/Son. Looks like we're in for a treat when it
comes to acting)
Hey, that's swell! Thank you for doing this, scf424 -- appreaciated...
I'll send you a PM regarding the Wolfboy...
Oh, I just can't wait to see Benicio and Sir Anthony Hopkins play off each other! Heard/read several times that they both brought in a good amount of their
little ideas, improvisations, and used their creative minds... Joe Johnston is a director who's game for that and actually did improvisations himself as he
went along...
And strong dialogue...
Well, I could go on... Sounds indeed damn good -- howlin' good...
Yeah, rough cuts never really flow well... The editing process is still under way... The rough cut is the first stage in which a film
begins to resemble its final product...
